If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and explain the problem. We’ll review each situation individually and may request photos for verification.

Depending on the issue, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
Refunds and replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
